Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Colorado Springs
- Partner with local tech companies to understand hiring needs and relocation requirements
- Develop personalized relocation plans including housing, schools, and community integration
- Facilitate virtual and in-person tours of Colorado Springs' tech hubs and neighborhoods
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers specializing in tech relocation
- Track relocation outcomes and continuously improve client satisfaction metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging tech sectors and relocation trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment, relocation coordination, or tech HR roles
- Deep knowledge of Colorado Springs' tech landscape and regional resources
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Certification in relocation management (GMS, CRP, or similar) preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems and relocation management software
