Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for corporate transferees
- Coordinate household goods shipments, temporary housing, and destination services
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor partnerships across 15+ markets
- Provide exceptional client consultation on policy compliance and cost optimization
- Mentor junior specialists and process relocation documentation
- Analyze relocation program metrics and implement continuous improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years corporate relocation coordination experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing relocation budgets exceeding $1M annually
- Ability to relocate to Houston area with full company sponsorship
