Responsibilities
- Design and administer comprehensive relocation packages for incoming employees
- Coordinate housing searches, school transfers, and community integration support
- Partner with vendors to manage moving services, temporary housing, and expense reimbursements
- Conduct needs assessments and create customized relocation plans
- Act as primary relocation liaison for employees and their families
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve program effectiveness
- Collaborate with immigration specialists for international relocations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation management
- Proven track record of designing successful relocation programs
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Knowledge of Detroit's housing market and community resources
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRMC/GMS) preferred
- Valid US driver's license with clean record
