Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for incoming professionals to Los Angeles
- Coordinate housing searches, lease negotiations, and temporary accommodations
- Develop personalized relocation plans including school searches and community integration
- Act as primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide ongoing support and problem resolution during transition periods
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or high-touch customer service experience
- Proven ability to navigate Los Angeles housing market and local resources
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certification in Relocation (CRP) preferred
