- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized relocation plans
- Manage housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to optimize costs
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide ongoing support and address client concerns post-move
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service management
- Strong knowledge of Bakersfield housing market and resources
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with military or corporate relocations highly valued
