Responsibilities
- End-to-end relocation management for 15-20 corporate transferees monthly
- Coordinate housing searches, lease negotiations, and temporary accommodations
- Develop customized relocation packages including home-finding tours and school consultations
- Manage vendor relationships with real estate agents, movers, and utility providers
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Create welcome packages featuring local Phoenix amenities and cultural resources
- Conduct post-move satisfaction surveys and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation coordination or HR logistics
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of Phoenix metro housing markets and school districts
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest)
- Exceptional communication skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation budgets and timelines
