Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for tech professionals moving to San Francisco
- Partner with Silicon Valley tech leaders to understand and address relocation pain points
- Manage end-to-end relocation logistics including housing, visa support, and community integration
- Analyze relocation data to optimize program efficiency and candidate satisfaction
- Develop strategic partnerships with Bay Area service providers (real estate, schools, cultural institutions)
- Mentor junior specialists while maintaining a caseload of high-profile relocations
- Drive innovation in relocation technology and process automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation, HR operations, or talent acquisition
- Proven experience with tech industry relocation programs and visa processes
- Expertise in San Francisco housing market and neighborhood dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build executive relationships
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP) and relocation management platforms
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Personal relocation experience to major US metro areas
