Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Indianapolis
- Research and recommend neighborhoods, schools, and amenities tailored to client needs
- Facilitate housing searches and lease negotiations with local partners
- Provide guidance on Indianapolis' tech ecosystem, job markets, and networking events
- Manage documentation and compliance for relocation benefits packages
- Build relationships with local employers, real estate agents, and community organizations
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes based on feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or customer service role
- Deep knowledge of Indianapolis' tech scene and local resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation a plus
