Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for international tech professionals moving to Durham, NC
- Guide clients through US visa processes (H1B, O1, L1) and immigration paperwork
- Partner with Durham tech companies to match relocation candidates with open positions
- Develop personalized relocation plans including housing, schooling, and community integration
- Conduct cultural orientation sessions and provide resources for professional adaptation
- Build and maintain relationships with local service providers (legal, real estate, financial)
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve client satisfaction processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in relocation services or international recruitment
