Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for transferees to NYC
- Manage housing searches and lease negotiations in Manhattan
- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans with cultural adaptation support
- Partner with immigration teams for visa and documentation support
- Track budget compliance and provide expense reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for pre/post-move inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or customer service
- Expert knowledge of NYC neighborhoods and housing market
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for emergencies
