Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs to ensure system stability.
- Optimize application performance and enhance user experience through technical improvements.
- Engage in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (Git).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska, and obtain necessary work authorization.
