Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-based applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Design and implement secure APIs for enterprise-level integrations
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and architectural decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and serverless technologies
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling
- Proven track record of leading successful software projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
