Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile development processes.
- Provide support for client-facing projects and internal tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, OR recently graduated (within the last 12 months).
- Eligible for or currently holding a valid J1 Visa (Trainee category).
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting (Jersey City office + Remote).
