Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage large-scale hiring events in New Orleans and Texas markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with 50+ employers across diverse industries
- Recruit and pre-screen qualified candidates for event participation
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, technology, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze post-event metrics to optimize recruitment ROI and candidate experience
- Lead employer outreach and contract negotiations for event participation
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and candidate engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in talent acquisition or event management with full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven track record of organizing successful hiring events (500+ candidates)
- Strong network of contacts in Louisiana and Texas tech/industrial sectors
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Project management certification (PMP or SHRM-SCP preferred)
- Ability to travel 20% of time between New Orleans and Texas locations
