Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Coordinate and execute high-volume hiring events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates against competency models.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reporting on hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Coordination.
- Proven experience managing high-volume hiring events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate engagement.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
