Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 Talent Strategy aligned with emerging industry trends, focusing on AI and automation roles.
- Lead high-volume and executive-level searches, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including social engineering and AI-driven headhunting tools.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for long-term strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define organizational structures and hiring needs for the next decade.
- Optimize the candidate journey to enhance employer branding and conversion rates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to forecast hiring needs and adjust strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Web3) and the skills required to build teams around them.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in high-growth tech environments.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at the CXO level.
- Experience working in a remote-first or hybrid global model is highly preferred.
