Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming Richmond residents
- Manage housing searches and neighborhood orientation services
- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration support
- Administer relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Provide cultural adjustment coaching for international transferees
- Track relocation metrics and optimize client satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or HR support roles
- Strong knowledge of Richmond, VA housing markets and communities
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloTracker)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Spanish language fluency a plus
