Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation services including housing, moving logistics, and school transitions
- Develop customized relocation plans for corporate transferees and their families
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and temporary housing providers
- Conduct cultural orientation sessions for international relocations
- Track relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the relocation process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Experience managing relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (mileage reimbursed)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
