Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation processes for incoming professionals and families
- Partner with local vendors to secure housing, transportation, and community resources
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing individual needs and preferences
- Conduct virtual and in-person city tours highlighting Louisville's cultural amenities
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with precision
- Provide ongoing support during the 90-day transition period
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service role
- Expert knowledge of Louisville's neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with military or corporate relocation programs
