Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in theme park attractions and guest areas
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned zonesAssist with crowd control during peak events and holidays
- Operate ride systems and perform routine safety checks
- Support special event setup and guest management
- Complete training programs for role-specific certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa sponsorship required
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must provide own work boots (steel-toe required)
