Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend peak hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and weekend special functions
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Basic proficiency in reservation management systems
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Valid Washington State food handler's card (preferred)
