Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service at check-in, concierge, and poolside
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism while resolving issues promptly
- Manage resort amenities including pool access, event coordination, and VIP services
- Maintain pristine facility standards across public areas and guest interaction zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-energy settings
- Valid Nevada gaming card or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
