Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing supervisor or physician.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors at all times.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or eligibility for licensure.
- Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1B or J1 visa holders encouraged to apply).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
