Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical-surgical cases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately
- Provide patient and family education on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and NJ Board of Nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for US licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (TN, H-1B, or other applicable categories)
