Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Medical-Surgical
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient and family education on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for sponsorship
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
