Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings with a focus on clinical excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to unit education programs
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligible for licensure by endorsement
- BSN degree required; MSN or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Eligible for U.S. work visa sponsorship (H-1B or TN category)
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
