Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care using advanced medical equipment and technology
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor new staff and nursing students
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for CA license via NCLEX)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to operate advanced medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, etc.)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
