Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and packing crops
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field hygiene and sanitation standards
- Assist in crop monitoring and pest management
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety protocols
- Work efficiently in varying weather conditions
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members for optimal productivity
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain through program
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in all weather
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
