Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for positions ranging from Junior Developers to CTOs.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to build robust talent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline data to optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (SaaS, FinTech, or Software Engineering preferred).
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
