Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with the marketing team to optimize job descriptions and improve time-to-hire metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT/Software Engineering focus).
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
