Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment cycles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top-tier candidates.
- Develop and implement an SEO-driven content strategy for job boards and our corporate website to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to optimize the company careers page for search engines and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to continuously improve sourcing channels and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition within the UK market.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and link building strategies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
