Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment for engineering, data science, and product roles using advanced sourcing strategies.
- Optimize job postings and career site content using SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define hiring needs and create compelling value propositions.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and SEO metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of implementing successful SEO strategies for job boards or recruitment websites.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of full-time employment models, benefits administration, and labor laws in Virginia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
