Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems to identify, engage, and screen high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science).
- SEO Optimization: Optimize job descriptions and career pages for search engines to increase organic traffic and attract passive candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Client Relations: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term recruiting strategies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to advise on compensation packages and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill positions.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to apply them to recruitment marketing.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development lifecycles, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), or cybersecurity concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field preferred.
