The Role:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the recruitment process for key technical positions. You will leverage your SEO expertise to optimize our job postings and candidate pipelines, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Optimize job descriptions and career page content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks to proactively source passive candidates.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and cultural requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and track recruitment pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to ensure timely placements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on salary benchmarks and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- SEO Knowledge: Proven experience using SEO principles to optimize job listings and recruitment marketing materials.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to understand and discuss technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, etc.) with subject matter experts.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, high-conversion tone.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our New York, NY office or hybrid model.
