Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates for key engineering roles.
- Optimize job postings using advanced SEO best practices to improve search visibility on major platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Google.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through targeted outreach and employer branding initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to continuously improve hiring funnels and candidate acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with tech professionals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting within the UK market (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles applied to recruitment marketing (keyword research, meta tags, on-page optimization).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
