Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, networking) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career objectives.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the interview process logistics, including scheduling, coordinating feedback, and providing a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively to ensure high acceptance rates.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to track pipeline metrics and maintain accurate data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
