Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals) to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screening: Conduct thorough technical and cultural screenings to ensure candidates align with our clients' needs and company values.
- Closing: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide actionable insights to the team.
- Networking: Attend industry events and leverage your professional network to expand our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to understand and evaluate technical resumes, including full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and data science.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage candidates at all levels.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to San Francisco, CA.
