Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates for direct-hire positions.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to identify and engage passive technical talent.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, build job descriptions, and define success metrics.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate feedback, and provide market insights to hiring teams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a consistent flow of talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Technology sector.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering roles, and IT infrastructure.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Sacramento, CA.
