- Architect and develop robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive technical roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in React or Vue.js for the frontend and Node.js or Python for the backend.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
