Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring sub-100ms load times and seamless user experiences.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure security best practices across all deployments.
- Debug complex production issues and provide timely technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
