Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source, screen, and hire top-tier technical talent (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough technical interviews and cultural fit assessments to ensure candidates align with client expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and market positioning.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline data to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at industry networking events and career fairs to enhance employer branding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of placing roles in New York City.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to both candidates and hiring managers.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
