Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate pipelines and metrics.
- Market the company brand to attract top talent and position us as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings for maximum visibility.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment, specifically within the UK market.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in software engineering, data science, or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of the UK tech landscape and technical competencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
