Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, social media, networking) to identify passive candidates for engineering and IT roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring competitive packages and smooth transitions.
- Reporting: Track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the software industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and common tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS).
- Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Drive: High level of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
