Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media, to identify and engage passive candidates for specialized technical roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations accurately.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specifications, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and ensuring high acceptance rates.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the San Francisco and broader US markets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, with a proven track record of filling high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with various tech stacks (e.g., Python, React, AWS, Java).
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented individual who can work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
