Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns targeting Jobs in Tampa, TX and beyond.
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages using advanced SEO techniques to boost visibility.
- Sourced and screened candidates via LinkedIn, ATS, and Boolean search strings.
- Conducted technical interviews to assess coding skills and cultural fit.
- Managed relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate requirements.
- Negotiated offers and closed candidates for immediate start dates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Strong command of SEO principles and keyword research tools.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with immediate start availability.
- Must be willing to work from our Tampa, Texas office or hybrid.
