Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, software development, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search and social recruiting strategies to source passive candidates on LinkedIn and niche tech boards.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed feedback and market insights.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruiting technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT, Software, Engineering).
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site or hybrid in Fort Worth, TX.
