Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and manage pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and technical concepts.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
