Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search strategies to build pipelines.
- Manage the entire candidate pipeline from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates specifically within the Tampa Bay tech market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess technical competency.
- Conduct engaging virtual and on-site interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing Agency environments.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within aggressive timeframes.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and current technical stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
