As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing elite talent, managing full-cycle recruitment, and driving our hiring event success. This is a high-impact role designed for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Manage and maintain high-quality pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Attend and actively participate in local hiring events to network and attract candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct thorough screening calls and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build a strong network of passive candidates in the NYC tech market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of closing high-volume and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of the New York tech landscape and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during hiring events.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
