Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specs, and build long-term recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management: Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and onboarding coordination.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools in the Las Vegas tech market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume hiring environment.
